ご注文の製品の返品・返金に関して

ご注文受け取り後、製品に初期不良がある、及び製品が破損していた場合、返金対応させて致します。その際製品返品時の郵送費はお客様負担となりますのでご了承下さい。返品・返金をご希望の場合は、商品到着から7日以内にご連絡ください。
当ホームページ内お問い合わせフォームからご連絡をお願いいたします。

その他、お客様のご都合による一切の返品/返金は致しかねますのであらかじめご了承ください。

また、ご注文のキャンセルは製品が未発送の場合のみ対応いたします。すでに発送済みのご注文へのキャンセルは致しかねますのでご了承ください。

銀行振込を選択した場合、ご注文から3週間以上たっても振り込みが確認できない時は、ご注文をキャンセルとさせていただきますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

There will be absolutely no returns/refunds once the order has been shipped. If your order has been damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving with a photo of the order. We will issue an in-store credit for your next purchase with the same value of damaged goods.

We will not be responsible for any lost package once it arrives in the country of destination. You may contact your local post office for further assistance. 

If you require an order cancellation, please contact us via contact form on the website. The cancellation made within 48 hours of your order will receive a full refund.
